Refund Policy

Aglo Labs sells digital products, audit reports, software tools, and fixed-scope services. We want purchases to be clear and useful, so refund handling is straightforward.
Digital reports and tools
If a purchased digital report or tool is not delivered, cannot be accessed, or materially differs from the product description, contact support@aglolab.com within 14 days of purchase and we will either fix the issue or provide a refund.
Completed custom services
Custom automation or fixed-scope work may be non-refundable after delivery has started or been completed, unless otherwise stated in the specific project agreement.
How to request a refund
Email support@aglolab.com with your purchase email, product name, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue. We review refund requests in good faith.
